Building resilience can help you navigate stressful periods and find more moments of calm and joy. Try these Emotional Well Being resources.

  • Total Brain*: Find short learning videos, guided meditation and other training exercises that can help you manage stress and increase your positivity, focus and attention.

    If your spouse/domestic partner is enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored medical plan option, they can enroll on the Total Brain website using your BEMSID.

  • Vida Health*: Get one-on-one support through a digital platform featuring several emotional health programs that can lower stress, improve anxiety and depression symptoms, and boost mindfulness. Connect with a health coach or licensed therapist through a desktop computer or via the mobile app for audio or video coaching. Your spouse/domestic partner can also take part if they’re enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored medical plan option. Connect now.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): The Boeing EAP offers tools, webinars, educational articles and assessments that can help you understand and learn strategies for managing stress. Explore your tools.

    When you call the Boeing EAP, provided by Carelon Behavioral Health, Inc., your call will be answered by a licensed mental health counselor. You can schedule an appointment in person or virtually. The Boeing EAP provides up to six confidential counseling sessions per issue per year for each covered individual. The program is available to your eligible covered family members, including children, at no cost.
