We’ll help support the causes that matter to employees and provide ways to serve their communities.

Our Gift Match Program provides up to $10,000 per year to support employees’ personal contributions to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations and many public schools.

  • For volunteers: We’ll donate $100 to an eligible organization when an employee volunteers there for at least 10 hours.
  • For donations: We’ll match employees’ contributions 100% when they donate at least $25 to an eligible organization. Payroll donations are not eligible for matching funds.
  • Team volunteer activities: If at least five employees participate in a single volunteer activity together, we’ll donate $20 per hour per employee to the benefiting organization. Their worksite’s Boeing Global Engagement focal must approve the activity, and it must be registered in YourCause.

Employees should request the match through YourCause, where they can record their hours, make a donation via credit card or upload a receipt from the organization.

Boeing’s employee community engagement portal, YourCause, includes opportunities for employees to volunteer on their own or as part of a team.

This will help the organization in two ways: the time an employee is helping to serve others, and the Boeing Gift Match Program, which donates $100 when an employee volunteers at least 10 hours with an eligible organization during a calendar year.

Throughout the year we offer ways that employees can support their communities through events at work.

  • Food & Essentials: Employee donations help provide food and nutrition resources to underserved communities where they live and work.
  • Liftoff for Learning: This drive includes opportunities to volunteer at back-to-school events, sign up to mentor youth or donate to organizations that support students.
  • Spirit of the Holidays: Employees come together to help those in need find a little joy during the holidays. Funds raised through the campaign are used to provide gifts for thousands of low-income families, seniors, foster children and military families.

With each of these programs, employees can contribute or sign up to volunteer through YourCause, Boeing’s employee community engagement portal.

For union-represented employees, eligibility is dependent on collective bargaining and the terms of applicable collective bargaining agreements.
